Creates a new DSR from a specific DSR template.
The delivery of the link should also be recorded in Seismic. If the link is delivered using Seismic systems, e.g. Email, the link delivery is automatically recorded. External deliveries should be recorded by Link Delivery APIs.
Note:
This API is designed to work exclusively with the provided template. Users cannot modify the template by adding additional content or text. The DSR will be created exactly as defined in the template.
