Upload a new file version

Creates a new file version based on the uploaded content. Typically the body is an application/octet-stream, but application specific MIME types such as application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation are also supported.

File content bytes. Use a Content-Disposition that includes a 'filename' parameter to indicate this is file data. The specific filename value is ignored in favor of metadata.name.
