Get all comments for a given project, task, or request. Requires node (project, task, or request) ID.

Comments can include user IDs in bracket (ex. {{{Av2Z2lsPLcwVFLdLOHQBKQ}}}) which is handled as an @ mention within the comment. Comments are required to include an ID of either a project, task, or request.
