Upload a new file version

put https://api.seismic.com/integration/v2/workspace/files/{workspaceContentId}/content

Creates a new file version based on the uploaded content. Typically the body is an application/octet-stream, but application specific MIME types such as application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation are also supported.
