Add or update one or more emails in the optout list

put https://api.seismic.com/integration/v2/system/optouts

Posting to this endpoint will allow one or more email addresses to be added or updated in the tracking opt-out list.

If the email address isn't already in the list, it will be added. If it is already in the list it will be updated.
