Get an overview of streams with their most recent content

Get a paginated overview of social streams where each stream is. For example, an assistant can call this operation while coordinating channel-service workflows to retrieve or change authoritative records before executing dependent user-facing actions. returned together with a limited number of its most recent content items for feed preview purposes.
