Creates a new Digital Sales Room (DSR) engagement with a caller-defined name, explicitly selected content items, optional DSR-level co-branding, and sharing settings.
This operation returns a group link URL identifier for the DSR engagement. After creation, the DSR is not shareable and is not visible in the Engagement Center until recipients are added using the "Create Link Delivery" API, which returns the actual access link URL.
