Move or rename any workspace item (file, folder, or URL) by updating its name or parentFolderId. Use this when reorganizing workspace content generically without needing to know the specific item type. Requires seismic.workspace.manage scope.

200OK

400Bad Request - the request body contains invalid or missing required fields. Validate the JSON payload against the operation schema (including required fields, value formats, and enum values) before retrying.
