Adds a new version of the source file attached to an existing URL content item, rather than replacing the attachment in place. Uses POST instead of PUT because the operation is not idempotent — each call creates a new version of the URL content item.
The request body is multipart/form-data with two parts: a metadata part containing a JSON string describing the URL content item's metadata (the same shape accepted when creating a URL content item), and an attachment part containing the binary file to attach as the new version's source file, such as an exported PDF or image rendition of the linked content.
Glossary: attachment — A binary source file associated with a URL content item, distinct from the url.url link itself, typically used to provide a downloadable or previewable rendition of externally hosted content (for example, a Canva design export).
