Returns only the teamsites the current user has permission to access, unlike the unfiltered teamsite list endpoint, and flags the teamsite the user was last active on via isCurrent.

Use this endpoint instead of listing all teamsites and separately resolving the user's current teamsite — it combines both the permission-checked list and the current-teamsite lookup into a single call, which is useful for integrations that need to pre-select the user's most relevant teamsite in a picker.
